What You'll Do:
- Analyze performance data across residential and commercial energy programs
- Build powerful dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to track KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing channels
- Deliver insights that drive equity-focused, inclusive outreach
- Support our trade partner network with actionable performance metrics
- Contribute to strategic decisions and regulatory filings with clear, data-backed storytelling
What You Bring:
Bachelor's in Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, or related field
2+ years in marketing analytics, reporting, or performance tracking
Strong with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and working with large datasets
Clear communicator - able to translate numbers into strategy
Bonus Points:
- Experience with DSM programs, utilities, or energy efficiency
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SQL, or customer segmentation
- Passion for inclusive marketing and equity-driven programs
