Responsibilities

The Growth Marketing Coordinator is key to expanding EmpowerMe Wellness' market presence through data-driven marketing strategies. This role collaborates with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in managing digital campaigns and social media content while owning CRM workflows, pre- and post-event lead nurturing, and marketing analytics.

They will also support the Sales team's event marketing and lead generation efforts. This includes collaborating with Sales to identify high-value events and ensuring alignment on event strategy, messaging, and pre- and post-event follow-up. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging marketing data to drive business growth.

Your essential duties include the following:
  • Content & Social Media Management
    • Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop and schedule social media content for pre- and post-show events and campaigns
    • Support content development for newsletters, case studies, and marketing collateral to position EmpowerMe Wellness as a thought leader in the senior living industry
  • CRM & Marketing Automation
    • Oversee CRM workflows, ensuring leads are properly entered, tracked, nurtured, and reported
    • Develop and maintain automated email sequences and follow-up campaigns to improve lead conversion
    • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing automation with sales processes
  • Event Marketing, Sponsorships & Lead Generation
    • Work closely with Sales to ensure alignment on event strategy, messaging, and post-event follow-up
    • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify high-value events and opportunities for lead generation
    • Assist in organizing and promoting industry events, sponsorships, and community engagements, ensuring sponsorship decisions support and strengthen client relationships
    • Coordinate all marketing assets for events and track lead generation efforts post-event
    • Analyze event ROI to inform future participation and strategy
  • Data Analytics & Performance Optimization
    • Monitor key marketing KPIs across digital channels, including engagement metrics and lead generation
    • Generate reports and insights on campaign performance, making recommendations for optimization
    • Support A/B testing initiatives for emails, landing pages, and paid ad campaigns

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing, with a focus on execution and performance tracking
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Experience with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for campaign optimizations
  • Familiarity with paid media (social, search, or display ads)
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A sense of professional curiosity, desire to learn new things, and to find/recommend solutions to problems
  • Drive to achieve and exceed goals and the ability to motivate others to do the same
  • A high level of professionalism, customer service, and friendliness in all interactions with employees, residents, and visitors throughout the organization

Computer Skills:

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Excel, as well as CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
