We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing campaigns, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting client engagement strategies. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet company and client objectives
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities
• Assist in planning promotional activities and events
• Prepare marketing materials and presentations
• Coordinate with internal departments to align campaign goals and messaging
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and support outreach to potential clients

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing or customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to interpret data and market trends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
