Description
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support the daily operations of our marketing department. This role is ideal for someone who would enjoy the operational tasks and administrative work that keeps our department running smoothly. In this role, you will handle a mix of administrative tasks and marketing-related responsibilities to provide critical support to marketing specialists and directors. This will allow them to focus on high-level strategy and execution. From managing franchisee communications to task follow-up and record-keeping, this person would play a vital role in ensuring the team stays focused, efficient, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage shared marketing inboxes and answer phone calls; triage and respond to general inquiries, or route messages to the appropriate team member.
  • Work closely with our franchising department to ensure all marketing-related updates to franchisee records are organized, catalogued, accurate, and implemented on time.
  • Maintain and update marketing files, folders, and asset libraries for easy access and organization.
  • Assist with data entry and/or extraction for new and existing service providers, internal analysis, or reporting.
  • Help with proofreading, formatting, and preparing materials for internal and external use.
  • Maintain and update marketing files, folders, and asset libraries to ensure easy access, organization, and up-to-date information.
  • Assist with creating/entering follow-up tasks from meetings or email communications, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics for department initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role (preferably within a marketing or communications environment).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Drive (especially Gmail, Sheets, and Docs); familiarity with project management or marketing tools is a plus (e.g., ClickUp, Slack, Mailchimp, Canva).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter who can work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles or creative processes.
  • Interest in growing within the marketing field.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a Business-related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role (preferably within a marketing or communications environment).
