Marketing Admin (Part-time) We are searching for a part-time (work from home) Marketing & Administrative professional. Mackie Search is a recruitment firm specializing in the recruitment of manufacturing professionals. We recruit in all aspects of manufacturing.
This is a part-time position (15-20 hours per week), with the ability to earn additional income. This is the perfect part-time job for someone who has the knowledge, the skills and professionalism, but does not want the full-time commitment. The opportunity is there for growth if the candidate is successful and enjoys the work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively promote business to manufacturing professionals in our given geography
- Actively seek new business from manufacturing management
- All aspects of Business Development
- Assist with the storage and recording of recruitment data
- Assist in the daily activities involved in recruitment
- Assist in pre-screening and candidate submittals
- Attend occasional conferences and meet with customers as needed (with the Mackie Search team)
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Must be willing to speak directly with upper-level management at large manufacturing facilities
- Strong Social-Media skills
- Strong in technology
- Must be a team-player
- Must be able to work independently and without instruction at times
- Dependable and reliable when needed
- Some exposure to manufacturing
