Location: New York, New YorkJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $25 - 30 per hourAre you a detail-oriented, creative professional with a passion for bringing marketing programs to life? Join our dynamic Office Coffee Service (OCS) Marketing Team as an Activation & Trade Show Associate. In this exciting role, you'll work closely with the Activation Manager to support the development and execution of impactful marketing initiatives, trade shows, and events. From collaborating with agencies and vendors to managing projects and budgets, you'll play a key role in delivering trade-focused tools and programs that energize our field teams and drive business success.
If you're a motivated team player with a knack for organization and a flair for execution, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Support the development of sales tools and collateral to support the Sales teams in ongoing portfolio selling and marketing program execution.Partner with the full OCS Marketing team on channel execution plans related to NPDs, including assistance with sampling and marketing plan execution.Work with the Sales Team, and other appropriate parties, to gather requirements for creative requests and prepare briefs for the agency.
Work with the creative agency to prioritize projects and requests and assist in trafficking marketing materials.Manage the production/printing of sales materials and online inventory management of all assets.Support the execution of the Distributor training programs, helping with content creation, marketing materials, and logistical support.
Assist with the planning and execution of trade events and conferences, including logistical planning and creative execution.Assist the OCS Marketing team in budget management and tracking, including PO setup and Invoice processing.Qualifications:Four year degree from an accredited institution.
0-2 years Trade Marketing & Activation experience.Strong communication skills.Strong proficiency in PPT, Excel.
Self-started able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong project management skills.Experience working on creative development with agencies or internal design resources.
