Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented, enthusiastic Digital Account Coordinator to support our growing team. This full-time, in-house position will manage client communications, coordinate digital campaigns, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
You'll serve as a key liaison between clients and our internal creative, development, and strategy teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in digital marketing with a fast-paced, innovative agency.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate day-to-day activities for multiple digital marketing accounts
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns across SEO, social media, PPC, email, and content
- Communicate with clients and internal team members regularly to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver reports
- Support tracking project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
- Maintain organized client documentation and account files
• Assist in developing meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, and performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on all client projects.
•Performance marketing essentials such as social media calendar, writing blogs, newsletters and helping with QA, editing, and delivering to meet client expectations
• Assist in overseeing communications within a variety of media outlets, such as a website, social media campaign, or electronic newsletter
• Collaborates with specialists at the appropriate time to ensure consensus around the scope of work, project approach, reporting, etc.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
- GPA of 3.70 or higher is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and social skills-must thrive in client-facing roles
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with a passion for digital marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics, social platforms, or project management tools is a plus
