Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for an experienced Marketing Account Manager, Admissions Liaison, for Assisted Living Facilities located in the Bronx, NY. Qualified candidates will be passionate about improving the lives of senior citizens and confident in her/his knowledge of DOH, and Assisted Living Facilities admission procedures. Compassionate, caring and professional in appearance and personality. Must have a driver's license and reliable vehicle with ability to travel within the field in the Bronx, NY.
The Marketing Account Manager Admissions Liaison assumes responsibility for the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan to support the strategic objectives of the Assisted Living Facility. Must maintain strong referral source connections, and have excellent social and communication skills. This individual will have the opportunity to work in the Bronx territory with the objective of increasing the census of facilities while working with a dynamic sales team that seeks to enable them to continuously develop within their career.
Qualifications:
- Two years of marketing experience within in the Assisted Living Industry, Nursing Home or other Senior Living setting
- Strong census building skills
- Working knowledge of Medicaid and Social Security Benefits
- Business Acumen Skills
- Experience in executing presentations
- Understanding of communicating effectively with employees, clients, medical and community affiliates to develop positive relationships
- Driver's License & reliable vehicle to travel in the field
