Meadow Homes is a fast-growing, design-focused vacation rental management startup specializing in premier mountain and lake destinations across the Northeast.
Founded in February 2022, Meadow has rapidly expanded-adding over 35 new properties in the past year. We currently manage or have signed approximately 65 homes, with continued growth projected.
Our homes are thoughtfully curated for families and groups of friends seeking elevated escapes in beautiful New England settings. Properties typically feature three or more bedrooms and premium amenities like hot tubs, game rooms, and fireplaces. We pride ourselves on warm, responsive service for both guests and homeowners, aiming to be the preferred local partner in every market we serve.
Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Market Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive performance across the Berkshire County, MA and Hudson Valley, NY regions. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest and owner experiences while overseeing local contractor teams and implementing regional growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of vacation rental properties across assigned markets
- Recruit, onboard, and oversee local contractors and service providers
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly and meet brand quality standards
- Execute market-specific strategies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, partners, and communities
- Analyze performance, guest feedback, and competitive trends to inform strategy
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in market or regional operations, ideally in hospitality, tourism, or property management
- Familiarity with the Berkshire and Hudson Valley regions
- Experience leading distributed teams or managing contractors
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
