We're at a pivotal point in our growth, and we're looking for a passionate, experienced On-Premise Market Manager to help expand our brand presence in key accounts across Central Texas. Position Overview

The On-Premise Market Manager will be the face of Tequila 512 in the field, focused on building strong relationships and driving sales in bars, restaurants, hotels, and other accounts that serve our product. This role is all about creating visibility, boosting sales, and building loyalty in high-volume, high-impact accounts throughout Austin.



Key Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key on-premise accounts (from local legends to well-known hot spots).
  • Drive sales volume, brand awareness, and Points of Distribution (PODs) within the on-premise channel.
  • Regularly meet or exceed activation and volume goals.
  • Represent Tequila 512 at tastings, events, staff trainings, and brand activations.
  • Execute monthly account plans to strategically grow brand presence and drive consumer demand.
  • Identify and secure menu placements and high-visibility branding opportunities.
  • Provide timely market feedback, competitor insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Support distributor efforts and maintain a strong presence with distributor reps and managers.


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in spirits, wine, or beverage sales, with a strong focus on on-premise.
  • Existing relationships with top on-premise accounts in the Austin area.
  • Must be based in or near Austin, TX.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Comfort working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events and activations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with broader brand goals.

Ideal Candidate Will Also Have:

  • Background in hospitality or service industry.
  • Ability to use social media to promote brand and activation highlights.
  • Experience working closely with distributor teams
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
