The world can't wait. You Have: 10+ years of experience in leadership roles related to government acquisition
5+ years of experience working across multiple high-level government organizations
3+ years of experience building relationships senior military and civilian government leaders
Experience with program or product management, specifically within government contract ing
Experience developing a critical network of industry, government, and acquisition partners
Experience with the systems engineering lifecycle and DoD acquisition lifecycle
Experience consult ing to the federal government, specifically DoD
Ability to run complex capture and development teams
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience running Agile and SAFe projects
Experience managing project schedules using MS Project
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a complex, dynamic environment
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
