You'll have the opportunity to work with exciting accounts such as fine dining establishments, hotels, cocktail bars, and golf courses.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated, self-motivated individual with a successful track record in selling premium beverage products within the on-premise sales sector. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience, established trust in the bar and restaurant community, and valuable existing relationships to help achieve sales goals. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and strategic thinking skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales initiatives for your designated territory.
  • Strategically implement brand objectives and inspire distributor partners to prioritize our brand.
  • Support and execute flawless local marketing initiatives, including trade events, distributor events, product samplings, and PR activities.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team to maximize growth opportunities in the on-premise sector.
  • Communicate and support key distributor partner sales team members.
  • Manage the execution of region budget, sales expense, travel expense, and accurate market tracking.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in the sales or hospitality industry.
  • A knack for building strong, customer-focused relationships.
  • Robust analytical and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • A highly motivated individual with exceptional communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow-up skills.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
  • A clean driving record and in-depth geographic knowledge of the respective territory is a must.
  • Ability to lift cases weighing up to 25 lbs.
Compensation and Employment Details:
  • Compensation package includes salary along with bonus/commission.
