What Our Client Needs: The Market Development Intern at GS1 US is a critical supporting role focused on managing an extensive portfolio of strategic channel and solution partners. This position emphasizes strategies to enhance the adoption and use of GS1 Standards and solutions. This role entails being a primary point of contact to the GS1 US community, advocating the GS1 purpose and how global GS1 Standards solve industry challenges. You will help deliver growth through engaging targeted industry organizations for networking and collaboration.

What You'll Do: - Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure clear communication across internal teams.
- Support marketing collaboration by helping to create presentations and communication materials.
- Assist in crafting strategies to engage and grow within specific market segments.
- Help develop internal sales tools and selling guides.
- Support the creation of customer-facing materials such as training documents and application guides.
- Conduct research on potential customers, partners, and business opportunities to build a prospect list.
- Drive lead generation through outbound outreach, including email and social media.
- Partner with internal teams to support a cohesive business development approach.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on business development activities.
- Assist with preparation and coordination for industry events.
This position could travel up to 5% and has no supervisory responsibilities.
