About the job you're considering

As a MarTech & Adobe Solutions Architect, you will own the strategy, design, and oversight of marketing technology ecosystems with Adobe Experience Cloud at the core. You'll be responsible for crafting enterprise-grade architectures that enable data-driven marketing, omnichannel personalization, and scalable campaign orchestration. This role blends deep Adobe expertise with broader MarTech proficiency, guiding both clients and internal teams through discovery, roadmap development, and implementation. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring Adobe investments are integrated seamlessly within the larger marketing and technology stack to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Design digital marketing platform strategies and solutions with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud, while ensuring interoperability with broader MarTech platforms (e.g., CDPs, CRMs, ecommerce, analytics, and cloud providers).
  • Own the definition and delivery of multi-solution Adobe architectures, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Real-Time CDP, AEM, Target, Launch, Analytics, and Marketo.
  • Serve as a thought leader for Adobe within Capgemini, contributing to capability growth, client education, and solution innovation in alignment with evolving Adobe roadmaps.
  • Lead and facilitate client-facing discovery workshops, translating marketing goals into functional and technical requirements and developing strategic roadmaps that bridge Adobe and non-Adobe technologies.
  • Architect and guide the implementation of scalable, integrated MarTech ecosystems that support real-time personalization, audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and sophisticated campaign automation.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to support proposal development, solution architecture, and technical validation for Adobe-centered pursuits.
  • Provide leadership and governance across distributed delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned to business outcomes, Adobe best practices, and performance expectations.
  • Work with key industry clients in Retail, CPG, Telecom, Healthcare, and other verticals to align Adobe investments with measurable marketing ROI and business KPIs.
  • Support the creation of reusable frameworks, POVs, reference architectures, and delivery accelerators that scale Adobe solution delivery across the enterprise.
  • Partner with strategy, data, creative, and technology teams to maximize the value of Adobe integrations within full MarTech stacks, including cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and CRM ecosystems.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Your skills and experience
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or prior experience in software development systems
  • 10-12 years' experience with the Adobe Marketing Cloud / Adobe Experience Cloud stack as a Business Practitioner, Developer, and Architect
  • Adobe Certification in more than one of the following: AEM, AEP, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Campaign, Marketo
  • Strong experience in AEM 6.x / Adobe CQ5 Content Management (CMS)
  • Understanding of various Adobe Cloud services which can be integrated with AEM
  • Exposure to customer solutions from cloud service providers (AWS, Google, Azure)
  • Experience with AI and ML enhancements to marketing solutions
  • Ability to create solutions and present to customers
  • Certification: Has TOGAF 9 and has IAF level 1 and is seeking level 2.
  • Should be experienced in foundation, People Leadership, service & delivery.
  • Should be proficient in client acquisition & development and business leadership.
  • Should be a master of technology awareness, leveraging and innovation, and capability growth.
