Role: Mar-Tech QA Engineer

Location: New Jersey/Plainsboro - This is an onsite role.

Experience: 12+ Years

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $125,000 and $140,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Job Description/Qualification

Ensure quality deliverables and achieve
Design and create comprehensive test cases and scenarios for all changes and project implementations with traceability between user story, acceptance criteria, test cases, test evidence and bugs in ADO with required information

Perform RCA and document the preventative actions taken

Prepare and maintain regression test packs.

Execute end-to-end test cases with test evidence and review executed test cases with Business Analysts daily.

Collaborate with Business Analysts on defect resolution and author detailed test reports with supporting evidence.

Create tickets with steps to reproduce issues for production issues reported outside of monitoring

Maintain a defect status on a daily basis.

Experience working as a QA engineer in one or more modules of Adobe Experience Platform

Good understanding of experience cloud offerings from Adobe

Understanding on Omnichannel marketing communication

Excellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, executive level presence

Experience of working in on-off model, in multi-vendor environment, team acceptability as per own behavior

Preferable - Prior experience in Pharma domain
