Manufacturing Technician (LSI-NH) Astronics Subsidiary Location Description Astronics Corp. / Luminescent Systems Inc., a leader in aerospace lighting technology and applications, located in Lebanon, New Hampshire has an opening for a Manufacturing Engineer. Job Responsibilities + Guide and direct the technical activity within a production line + Provide technical training to personnel including but not limited to product/process SOPs and all manufacturing related documentation + Identify and troubleshoot challenges with regard to process, equipment setup and documentation + Monitor NCR activity in area, seek guidance from Process and Product Engineers when necessary and disposition the NCR + Identify all support tooling out of calibration, compliance, or not fit for use + Assist with root cause analysis + Assist with introduction of new products and processes + Continuous improvement of process and products + Associate level degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment + Demonstrated experience in overseeing manufacturing processes + Demonstrated experience in training technical material + Strong organizational skills, ability to multi task + Strong problem solving skills + Proficient with computer and ERP systems Accommodation Request Astronics LSI is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to individuals with physical and mental disabilities.
