Job Title: Manufacturing Operator

Location: Specify Location

Role Overview: The Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for supporting manufacturing processes within the assigned department, ensuring product quality, safety, and production efficiency. This role requires operating manufacturing equipment, following cGMP guidelines, maintaining a clean working environment, and performing quality checks. Punctuality and adherence to shift schedules are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing Operations: Operate and set up manufacturing equipment per established SOPs.
  • Product Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety policies, and quality standards.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate process records and document quality checks.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform light cleaning, equipment maintenance, and Workstation organization.
  • Material Handling: Unpack/pack, load/unload components, and manage inventory as needed.
  • Workplace Cleanliness: Perform stocking, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to maintain a safe and organized environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to maintain workflow efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education & Experience: Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience (warehouse experience is not applicable). Prior experience in a GMP-regulated environment is required.
  • Technical & Soft Skills: Strong ability to multitask and troubleshoot manufacturing processes. Basic math and computer skills (MS Office knowledge preferred). Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills to ensure clear workflow coordination.

Work Schedule & Additional Details:

  • 12-hour shifts on a 24/7 rotating schedule (3 work shifts, 2 off shifts, 2 work shifts, 3 off shifts).
  • Shift timing: 5:45 AM - 6:00 PM (must be gowned and ready by shift start).
  • Must be available for overtime, weekends, and off-shift work as needed.
  • Requires wearing safety equipment, including safety glasses, shoes, gloves, and a protective cap.
