Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: th Place Southeast, Bothell, WA 98021
Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 100% Onsite
- Wednesday to Friday and every other Saturday
- 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM (36 to 48 hours/week depending on shift)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support our production operations in a cleanroom environment. This individual will be responsible for executing routine manufacturing tasks according to standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, ERP knowledge, and prior experience in laboratory or cleanroom settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine manufacturing assignments following written procedures, recognizing deviations when they occur
- Weigh and verify raw materials
- Assemble, clean, and sanitize process equipment
- Monitor and document processes in accordance with GMP
- Maintain cleanroom environment per regulatory requirements
- Operate primary production equipment within assigned functional area
- Gain proficiency in process systems (e.g., Syncade MES, Oracle) and supporting business systems (e.g., ETQ, BMRAM)
- Assist in revising or creating process documents (SOPs, electronic work instructions)
- Maintain inventory of materials and components
- Support and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient batch processing
Top Skills & Qualifications:
- ERP knowledge preferred (Oracle and/or SAP)
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous lab experience preferred
- Cleanroom experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred
