Manufacturing Technician 2. This position will primarily focus on tear down and analytical of customer owned weapons. You will be required to completely disassemble, request a parts list, and reassemble the weapon system. During the analytical phase, you will interface with planning directly. You are to place a request for non mandatory replacement parts needed by each individual weapon system. After the analytical phase you will reassemble the weapon, and move it forward to a quality inspection. Responsibilities:
• Communication between multiple operation groups daily
• Tear down and cleaning of customer owned assets
• Clean / Wash Individual parts till completely free of any residue or grease
• Bead blast, deburr, dry film component pieces in prep for reassembly
• Preform analytical assessment of weapon system
• Request replacement parts as deemed necessary
• Reassemble weapon and present to quality for inspection Basic Qualifications for Manufacturing Technician:
• Ability to be autonomous in day to day functions
• Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use basic tools
• This position requires applicant to be U.S. citizen
• Willingness to get dirty
• High school diploma and 2 years overall work experience within a manufacturing environment, additional related education, or a combination Preferred Qualifications for Manufacturing Technician:
• Previous experience working with guns / cannons
• Previous analytical experience
