Quality Supervisor Job Description:
- Supervise Quality Leader and Quality Technicians to ensure parts are free of defects.
- Responsible for creating schedules for all shifts and authorizing overtime hours assuring continuity between shifts.
- Assist in the development of corrective actions.
- Backing up various department positions.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Quality Supervisor Requirements :
- 10 years practical experience in metal stampings
- Blueprint reading skills and knowledge of GD&T, S.P.C. Training, and Computer skills.

Quality Supervisor Wages :
- Wages commensurate with experience
- Base Wage will be reviewed after 90 Days of employment.
- Overtime may be required.
