What you will be Doing:
This position will be responsible for supporting Production Management with office operations and developing and reporting of the DEUS Manufacturing Infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
I. Operations Assistant
1. Ability to work independently, but with good judgment as to when to seek assistance/guidance.
2. Posting notice of meetings, recording meetings and organizing unit work reports.
3. Assisting in announcing and communicating policies, regulations, and information throughout the Operations departments
4. High degree of proficiency with MS Office Suite, spreadsheet applications, document design applications and general technical aptitude required.
5. Assist the Americas Manufacturing GM, and the Production Manager for DEUS.
6. Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoicing and expense tracking.
7. Develop and distribute monthly reports - including aggregating management reports, including, orders, sales, backlog and others as required
8. Maintain and update departmental (C&I) operating guidelines document, including position responsibility standard work documents
What we require (Skills and Background):
- Highschool or vocational education.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and calendar management skills.
- Strong Reporting and document review skills.
