Must-Have Skills:
- AS/BS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5-10 years in PCBA manufacturing - you know the drill.
- IPC & J-STD standards - speak the language fluently. ️
- SMT equipment mastery - setup, run, maintain, repeat.
- Problem-solving ninja - no challenge too tough.
