Job Description - Our client is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Lead Engineer to enhance the manufacturing plant's efficiency and productivity. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing equipment, processes, and product quality while supporting the company's growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Enhance equipment, processes, and workflows to improve input/output and space requirements. - Utilize Siemens NX software to produce detailed drawings for customer quotations, defining dimensions, tolerances, and ensuring proper customer fit in machinery. Maximize efficiency through the optimization of equipment layout, value-added workflows, assembly methods, and labor utilization. Maintain equipment in peak operational condition through regular maintenance and repair. Plan and implement future manufacturing enhancements by drafting new parts or tooling in alignment with customer requirements. Maintain a comprehensive product and process database by writing computer programs and inputting relevant data. Conduct production analysis, including time and cost studies, to define production, labor, and material costs, while improving output cost rates. Prepare detailed reports and drawings to communicate process improvements to the company leadership. Provide ongoing support to manufacturing employees helping them overcome daily challenges to producing high-quality parts.

Education Requirements and Related Experience
