We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Process Engineer II to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing processes and ensure product quality in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing and product development to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize equipment performance to address quality issues and improve yields.
- Collaborate with Quality and R&D teams to integrate new products into manufacturing processes.
- Initiate and complete technical activities for product and process improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
- Analyze and solve complex engineering problems using innovative approaches.
- Develop expertise in a specialized field and mentor new engineers.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project completion.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with 2-5+ years of relevant experience.
- Basic technical knowledge of manufacturing concepts and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex issues.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under supervision.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in catheter manufacturing or similar fields.
- Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
