Job Role: Manufacturing Manager
Location: Nottingham
Salary: 50,000 per annum
Metalis are currently working with a manufacturer in Nottingham, who are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join their team.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for all manufacturing and the manufacturing team (3 direct and 40+ indirect reports)
- Work closely with the MD and the wider management team to develop and implement strategies
- Support and drive continuous improvement activities
- Create and meet daily, weekly and monthly production plans
- Provide coaching, support and training to the manufacturing team
- Identify and organise resources needed to accomplish tasks
- Focus on customer needs and satisfaction
- Support customer visits and actively promote the business both internally and externally
- Provide and deliver clear and concise reporting to relevant stakeholders of manufacturing progress
Job Requirements:
- Manufacturing Manager experience
- Digital Printing/Engraving background
- Keen eye for data analysis and production planning
- High volume, low value product experience
- Knowledge of Manufacturing IT systems
Salary & Shift:
- 50,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
