Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Delaware-based company seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.

• Develop a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program for all machinery.

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Maintain detailed maintenance records for each machine, including parts usage history.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to CNC equipment, electrical systems, and mechanical components.

• Operate and qualify on forklifts and scissor lifts as needed.

• Adapt to a flexible schedule, working extended hours, including occasional nights and weekends.

• Adhere strictly to company, State, and OSHA safety regulations when working on machinery and equipment.

• Apply lean manufacturing principles to support continuous improvement efforts within the company.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Valid Driver's License required.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with office and plant personnel.

• Expertise in CNC routers, Turret, Punch Press, Brake, and Shear operations.

• Professional experience liaising with vendors and contractors.

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

• Prior management or leadership experience is highly desirable.

• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
