What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our automated production equipment and facility infrastructure in top shape. You'll diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and help ensure that our operation runs safely and efficiently.
You'll be working on:
- Automated equipment, including conveyors, motors, sensors, and lubrication systems
- Preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime
- Mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting for high-performance machinery
- Facility needs like lighting, fan repairs, electrical drops, and general upkeep
- High- and low-voltage electrical systems: 110VAC, 220VAC, 480VAC
You'll also:
- Collaborate with team members and other departments
- Review manuals, diagrams, and schematics to diagnose issues
- Keep detailed maintenance records and logs
- Contribute to improvements in reliability, safety, and efficiency
- Support continuous improvement efforts like Lean and Six Sigma
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Ideally, you have:
- MUST - 2 year technical degree or verified experience in electromechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems and automated machinery
- Familiarity with motors, sensors, bearings, drive shafts, and controls
- Confidence working with electrical systems, including 3-phase power
- Experience with preventive maintenance and repair documentation
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and adapt quickly
- Great communication and a team-player attitude
A 2-year technical degree in electronics or a related field is a plus, but not required.
