A bit about us:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HYBRID Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting attorneys in all aspects of litigation related matters, from the initial stages of discovery through trial and post-trial findings and appeals. The role requires a deep understanding of the legal process, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. This is a hybrid role that will require both in-office and remote work.

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive litigation support throughout the lifecycle of our legal cases, from inception through discovery and trial.
- Manage and maintain case files, including casepoint and relativity systems.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable legal rules and court procedures.
- Manage all aspects of e-discovery, including document review and production, and coordinate with IT staff and outside vendors as necessary.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including the organization of exhibits, witness preparation, trial logistics, and other necessary tasks.
- Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings, court dates, and deadlines.
- Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable legal rules and court procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of casepoint and relativity systems.
- Experience in environmental law is a plus.
- Proven experience in litigation support and e-discovery.
- Proficient in legal research and legal writing.
- Excellent document review and trial preparation skills.
- Strong calendar management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act decisively.
