Summary

The Administrative Support Coordinator provides administrative support to the section Associates, Group Leaders, Engineers, and Management. This role provides oversight for ISO activity, section administrative tasks, budgeting, and other office related tasks.

Essential Job Functions
  • Supports section to maintain section budget goals
  • Performs administrative tasks, prepares reports, and completes data entry as assigned
  • Performs ISO Coordination. Ensures ISO training procedures and records are updated with most recent revisions. Prepares for and attends ISO audits for section
  • Processes expense and capital expense requisitions and invoices
  • Assist with balancing and reconciling capital budgets and expense budgets
  • Procures office supplies as needed
  • Maintains spare parts entry
  • Responsible for travel arrangements and coordination, ordering supplies for the section, and vacation tracking
  • Assists with coordinating training as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Education, Experience and Qualifications
  • Associates Degree or 1-3 years relevant experience
    • Business, Administration, or related field
  • Skilled in MS Office, SAP, Word, Exel, Word, PowerPoint.
Preferred Education, Experience and Qualifications
  • Associate degree and 5+ years relevant experience
    • Business, Administration, or related field
  • Ability to multi-task, working within a team or individually
