We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer for a leadership role in a highly efficient Engineering & Manufacturing department. The successful candidate will be tasked with the development, implementation, and optimization of industrial processes to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability, and maximize profitability.

Description

  • Analyze, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
  • Assure product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; and confirming manufacturing processes.
  • Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services.
  • Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
  • Complete design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, and ensuring adherence to requirements.

Profile

A successful 'Manufacturing Engineer' should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or related role.
  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturing best practices and the ability to implement them at our facilities.
  • Proficiency with CAD software.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
