We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Front-Line Manufacturing Engineer to support our production operations. This role is critical in driving process improvements, ensuring production efficiency, and resolving day-to-day manufacturing challenges.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to ensure smooth and cost-effective manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Provide Real Time technical support to the production floor, troubleshooting process and equipment issues Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize manufacturability and reduce defects Analyze production data to identify trends and drive corrective actions Support new product introductions (NPI) and ensure a seamless transition from development to full-scale manufacturing Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for production issues Work with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, including waste reduction and continuous improvement projects Train operators and technicians on best practices and new manufacturing processes Interpret and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards to ensure precise manufacturing and quality control Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation Other duties may be assigned Position Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role (experience in a front-line support role preferred) Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies Proficiency in CAD software (eg, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing-related data analysis tools Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment with multiple priorities Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments Hands-on approach with a willingness to be on the production floor solving problems Proficiency in interpreting and applying GD&T standards, such as ASME Y14.5, to ensure accurate part specifications and compliance Experience with automation, PLCs, or robotic systems in a manufacturing environment preferred Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing planning preferred Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or related methodologies preferred Details: Job Type: Full-time, Monday thru Friday Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1 hr.
