Job Details- Improve and implement manufacturing methods that enhance efficiency and precision
- Validate processes through hands-on evaluations with shop floor teams
- Support new product introduction (NPI), quality audits, ECNs, and FAI documentation
- Drive the resolution of nonconformance reports and ensure that corrective actions are effective
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to improve FTY and throughput
- Train and support peers on system functions and best practices
- Ensure compliance with customer specs, contracts, and aerospace quality standards
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field
- 2+ years' experience in aerospace or manufacturing engineering
- Working knowledge of CAD/CAM, CNC/CMM, and shop floor processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with plasma coating, laser drilling, FMEA, and inspection methods
- Clear communicator, problem solver, and continuous improvement mindset
