Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes, analyze data, and implement cost-effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality
Conduct time studies, cost analysis, and workflow improvements
Create and manage routers, BOMs, and work instructions in Oracle
Lead lean manufacturing initiatives, including Six Sigma and process optimization
Support Engineering Change Orders and resolve manufacturing quality issues
Analyze production data and provide reports to enhance decision-making
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field
Experience in manufacturing, preferably in oil and gas equipment
Proficiency in Oracle and data analysis
