Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes, analyze data, and implement cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality


  • Conduct time studies, cost analysis, and workflow improvements


  • Create and manage routers, BOMs, and work instructions in Oracle


  • Lead lean manufacturing initiatives, including Six Sigma and process optimization


  • Support Engineering Change Orders and resolve manufacturing quality issues


  • Analyze production data and provide reports to enhance decision-making


  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field


  • Experience in manufacturing, preferably in oil and gas equipment


  • Proficiency in Oracle and data analysis
