Job Details:
Our company is seeking a talented and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that will play a crucial role in driving our production processes and ensuring the highest level of efficiency and quality. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team that is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our manufacturing systems. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who is looking to challenge themselves in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Responsibilities:
As our Manufacturing Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
2. Analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout for maximum efficiency.
3. Applying statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potentialities.
4. Designing and implementing complex manufacturing processes and equipment, including programming and troubleshooting.
5. Working closely with design engineering to ensure manufacturability of new designs and improve production processes.
6. Applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials to improve production processes.
7. Using CREO to create and modify detailed models and drawings.
8. Applying GD&T principles to ensure precise design and manufacturing.
9. Overseeing and managing welding processes, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
10. Participating in cross-functional teams to improve overall productivity and quality.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Manufacturing Engineer position, you must possess the following:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
3. Proficiency in CREO or similar CAD software.
4. Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
5. Experience with welding processes and techniques.
6. Demonstrated ability to design, validate, and implement effective manufacturing processes.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
10. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
