We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to drive operational excellence and advance our manufacturing capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Lead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures.
- Analyze production data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor employees on new processes and quality standards.
- Qualify and implement new equipment and processes using IQ/OQ/PQ methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while fostering a culture of excellence.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
- At least 3 years of experience in process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
- Hands-on proficiency with statistical analysis tools like Minitab.
- Expertise in process mapping, value stream analysis, and blueprint reading.
- Knowledge of manufacturing materials and processes.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
