Opportunities for professional growth and development. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES: Develop and maintain relationships with contract manufacturers across the US. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives. Conduct process audits, evaluate suppliers and provide technical support to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. Develop and maintain production and inspection instructions, procedures, and training programs. Drive continuous improvement activities, including lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies. Travel regularly to contract manufacturer locations for training, process evaluations, and to support production start-up activities. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with a focus on contract manufacturing. Experience in analyzing production costs, evaluating capital expenditures, and providing recommendations for investment. Strong understanding of electrical distribution equipment and manufacturing processes. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
