Manufacturing Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $24.00 per hour
An automotive manufacturing company located in Euclid, OH, is currently seeking a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Manufacturing Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication for high volume calls and emails
- Take orders over the phone from current customers
- Track shipments and update customers on when to expect their order
- Assist customers with problems they may be having and troubleshoot any issues they may be having

Manufacturing Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- 2-3+ years in a manufacturing customer service role
- Great communication skills
- Computer savvy
- High School Diploma
