- Treasury boss - Manage cash flow, receivables, and borrowing base reports like a champ.
- Team captain - Mentor, coach, and elevate a team of sharp accounting professionals
- Cross-functional powerhouse - Collaborate with every department to deliver next-level financial services.
- Policy pro - Create, implement, and communicate accounting policies that keep us compliant and ahead of the game.
- Audit liaison - Be the go-to for external auditors and make it look easy.
- Control freak (the good kind) - Build airtight internal controls and identify revenue and cost-saving opportunities.
- People connector - Negotiate smarter payment plans with customers and vendors to supercharge working capital.
What You Bring:
- A strong backbone of integrity, ethics, and leadership.
- Crystal-clear communication and the ability to present financials with charisma.

What You've Done:
- 5-10 years owning the controller role in manufacturing.
- Cost accounting is second nature to you.
- You've got treasury and ERP experience
- Direct operations and job shop experience? Even better.
- CPA preferred. Job costing or auditing experience? Yes, please.
