Highlights of your role Execute manufacturing orders meticulously, conducting visual inspections to ensure top-notch production quality Conduct quality assessments using precise measuring devices, including calipers, angle blocks, taper gauges, tape measures, and measuring tables Provide support in training new team members, when required Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, with precision to contribute to efficient production Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment to optimize production processes Schedule & Pay: Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat). Work 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend is a three-day weekend off. Pay: Effective hourly rate $23.64 Wage includes $20.75 base + $4.00 weekend premium + OT Salary Range 20.75-23.64 You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) A High School diploma or equivalent Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, a key skill in our production environment General computer proficiency to improve production tracking and reporting Also want to make sure you have Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs to support production needs Meet the minimum age required of 18 years We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin Marvin Composites produces custom fiberglass components used in many of the premium windows and doors manufactured by Marvin, a family-owned and -led company.
