Manufacturing and Installation Supervisor

Salary Range: $34.00 - $46.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits Solon, Ohio company is seeking to hire an experienced Manufacturing and Installation Supervisor to oversee machinery manufacturing and on-site equipment installation. This job requires 50% travel. REQUIREMENTS High School Graduate or GED, Vocational Trade school or Associate degree preferred 3+ years' experience as a production manager / supervisor of industrial equipment manufacturing Plan, supervise, train and assist manufacturing staff Hands-on management and motivation with exceptional verbal and written communication skills Knowledge in mechanical and electrical industrial automation equipment preferred Familiar with the manufacture of investment castings systems and equipment desired Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical technical drawings, schematics and blueprints Must have clean driving record and passport to be able to travel worldwide Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
