Are you a highly skilled Manufacturing Analyst looking to make a significant impact? Join our team and leverage your expertise to gather, analyze, and interpret data for program needs and requirements. Your role will involve building and combining data sources to produce data extracts in support of analytics research and translating metrics into actionable insights for executive-level presentations. Position Responsibilities: Build and combine data sources to produce data extracts for analytics research. Add data-driven value to processes by gathering, analyzing, and translating metrics into actionable insights. Maintain and improve process efficiency through methods, tools, standards, guidelines, and data analysis. Provide solutions and recommendations by interpreting and analyzing internal and external data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes. Develop and maintain effective relationships with peers, managers, and leadership. Dive into analytics and metrics to understand objectives and processes. Work independently once objectives and processes are understood. Provide feedback on assessment results and identify opportunities for improvement. Model and drive accountability. Coordinate workforce approvals, deviations, or changes. Required Skills/Qualifications: Ability to obtain Secret security clearance. (Active clearance preferred) 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, charts, filters, linking worksheets). 2-3 years of experience in data analysis and making recommendations based on findings. Experience in a fast-paced team environment with strong communication skills. 2-3 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience designing/building visualizations within Tableau. 1-2 years of experience collaborating with senior and executive leadership. Experience with Enterprise Reporting Tool (BERT), Cognos, and Adaptive Planning. Experience implementing strategies and plans under general directions. Experience with staffing program oversight and metrics reporting. Experience in developing and implementing process improvements. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, SQL, statistical analysis software). Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree with typically 3+ years of related work experience, or a master's degree with typically 1+ years of related work experience.
