Job DetailsMUST HAVE BUILDING MATERIALS SALES EXPERIENCE
The Manufacturer's Sales Representative will play a vital role in promoting products, fostering relationships with architects, owners, contractors, and installers, and driving regional sales growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and design industry.
- Educating clients on innovative product line and its benefits.
- Providing technical support and guidance during the design and construction phases.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Bidding and closing.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets within your assigned territory.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building materials or architectural sales, preferably with high-performance products.
- Strong understanding of construction procurement processes, drawings, and specifications.
- Established relationships with architects, contractors, and distributors in your region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while aligning with strategic goals.
