This role supports all Administrative duties for Mann Hummel Filtration Technology Gastonia, NC, Allen Plant HR/HSE department and general processing accordance with established internal and external regulations so that all related matters are administered quickly and accurately according to the strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Receptionist duties of Allen Main Lobby and Health Clinic
  • Provide administrative support to HR and HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) teams.
  • Perform data- entry, documentation, printing, and filing duties.
  • Manage invoices for vendors through NEXTGEN and SAP
  • Manage orders for supplies
  • Creation of New Hire Badge, Re-Creation of lost, Damaged badges
  • Ensure IMAG (Process Map Incident Management System) is maintained and up to date
  • Management of Health services reporting, Scanning, and filing of reports
  • Manage schedule of HSE team (Health Services etc.)
  • Management of corporate lunch orders, Management of Conference room set up/orders for meetings and visitors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of ADHOC, POs, and order processing
  • Knowledge of IMAG (Process Map)
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ability to be flexible and work OT if needed including weekends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse people and cross functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Self-Motivated, Positive Attitude and willing to learn
Education, Experience, and Physical Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate ability to perform essential functions.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Safety Shoes, if required.
Must have/attach resume $19-$21/hr based on experience

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
