Location: 320 Park Avenue, 29th Floor, New York, NY 10022 Position Title: Managers (EXL27) Job Description: The Manager (Multiple positions) at ' LLC' in New York, NY will evolve existing analytics services to meet quality and service objectives. Ensure internal and external reporting is within prescribed levels of quality, specifically that results are accurate, thoroughly tested, utilized by core technology, and delivered through the means defined by EXL. Serve as steward for client-facing analytic and reporting needs, including project/program objectives and specifications, process manager (implementation and on-going), and serve as main contact for issue resolution and on-going communications. Develop, evolve, deploy, and manage analytic and reporting services and processes, ensuring deliverables meet requirements of customers, EXLs business goals and objectives. Coordinate and prioritize analytic projects including client communication, planning, and identifying operational process flow. Perform advanced statistical analyses including opportunity assessments, clinical and financial risk tracking, trend identification and predictive modeling exercises using SAS and other analytics tools. Review analytics deliverables and identify and resolve data issues and provide recommendations for investigations. Implement improvements to services and provide clear program recommendations to other departments (internal and external). Effectively operationalize EXLs analytic and reporting services, policies and procedures. Design, develop, evolve, and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with governance policies. Propose new and state-of-the-art technologies and processes to improve efficiency and enhance reporting platform. Telecommuting permitted. Position may work at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Job Requirements: Requires Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronics/electrical engineering or a computer/IT related field, plus one (1) year of experience in Management Analyst or a related occupation. Must have 1 year of professional experience in Big Data Analytics. Must have 1 year of experience with each of the following: (1) AWS cloud platform; (2) GCP Big Query, Presto, or Dremio for data migration; (3) Hadoop or Kafka Architecture; (4) Optimizing Airflow workflows for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency; (5) Creating scalable pipelines to transform and analyze datasets, and streamline data processing workflow using Pyspark, Python, and SQL; (6) Dashboard design using Looker, PowerBI, Metabase, or Tableau; (7) Configuring and customizing Jira tools for Agile project management; and (8) Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. Employer will also accept a Bachelors degree in Electronics/electrical engineering or a computer/IT related field plus three (3) year of experience in Management Analyst or a related occupation in lieu of Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronics/electrical engineering or a computer/IT related field. 40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Salary range: $104,000 to $118,000 year /year.
