Position Summary The Social Media Manager plays a key role in shaping and expanding Empower Pharmacy's digital presence by creating engaging, high-impact content that connects with healthcare providers, patients, and industry professionals. This role develops and executes social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. By leveraging data-driven insights and platform best practices, this position ensures Empower's mission of providing high-quality, affordable medications is effectively communicated across all social channels.
Duties and Responsibilities - Develops and executes the social media strategy by leveraging artificial intelligence (AI)-powered content planning tools to create and implement social media plans that align with business objectives, drive engagement, and increase brand visibility across platforms.
- Oversees the creation of compelling multimedia content, including graphics, videos, infographics, and thought leadership articles that resonate with healthcare providers, patients, and key stakeholders.
- Actively engages with followers, using AI-assisted sentiment analysis and tools to streamline responses to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering meaningful interactions and enhancing customer relationships through timely, professional engagement.
- Analyzes performance metrics, optimizes campaigns, and tracks social media performance using analytics tools to enhance strategies based on key performance indicators regularly presents insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, like marketing, sales, product development, and customer experience to align messaging, support campaigns, and amplify key brand initiatives.

Knowledge and Skills - Strong understanding of social media algorithms paid social advertising, and influencer marketing strategies. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or HubSpot along with experience Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud. Demonstrated experience leveraging AI in daily work to drive efficiency, solve problems, and enhance decision-making-adept at integrating AI-powered solutions into all workflows.

Experience and Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
