Summary The Sales Effectiveness Manager manages and oversees key sales functions to ensure that they work effectively together. This position will include planning, reporting, management, sales process optimization, program implementation and administration. Areas of responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Areas of responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Direct and oversee the Organization's sales processes, training and initiatives Understand the capabilities and resources and work meticulously to drive organic growth across business units Develop internal and external communication plans including a comprehensive playbook of best practices for Account Managers Develop reports and insight Develop transparency into market trends, competitive dynamics, growth opportunities, and customer and end-user behavior and purchasing decisions Assess and recommend optimal sales design and organization structure, coverage, and productivity improvement Education, Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role Proven sales track record Experience in customer support is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, MS Dynamics) Market knowledge Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport Time management and planning skills BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field Work Environment Office and warehouse environments Physical demands may include but are not limited to: Moderate walking, standing, and/or climbing; light lifting and carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
