- Data-Driven Insights: Dive into sales data to uncover trends and opportunities for growth. Present actionable insights to sales leadership, driving our pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Tailored Training Plans: Assess your team's strengths and identify training programs that will elevate their skills. Your recommendations will foster a culture of learning and development.
- Engaging Training Sessions: Conduct regular training sessions focused on honing sales techniques and deepening product knowledge, boosting both individual and team performance.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Tackle escalated customer inquiries with confidence, resolving complex issues efficiently and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Timecard Management: Take an active role managing timecard approvals with diligence.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS WILL YOU BRING TO OUR TEAM? - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior automotive parts experience and product knowledge
- Prior Sales experience in fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (Bilingual a plus.)
- Ability to handle a variety of quickly and accurately tasks
- Strong basic mathematics skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to coach and hold team members accountable for results
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in CRM software
