Position Summary The Manager, Real Estate (Tenant Leasing) is responsible for supporting and growing the short-term and pop-up leasing business year over year. This involves collaboration within the Tenant Leasing Team, as well as with cross-functional and external partners. This Manager will review existing programs and processes, make recommendations for expansion and improvement, and manage internal approval Committee processes and activities. Additionally, this role will analyze new income streams, support the maintenance of legal documents, and ensure data quality and consistency.
What you'll do - Collaborate with the Tenant Leasing Team, cross-functional teams, and external partners to support and grow the short-term and pop-up leasing business.
- Review existing programs and processes, providing recommendations for expansion and improvement.
- Execute internal approval Committee processes and activities, including managing recurring Committee meetings, documenting meeting minutes, and collecting meeting materials.
- Analyze new streams of income for accuracy and potential negative business impacts and identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements.
- Support and maintain legal documents, process/build out guidelines, marketing guides, and tenant-facing documents for the Tenant Leasing Team.
- Manage the system of record for data quality, consistency, and enhancements.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
