FULL RELOCATION PACKAGE
Global manufacturing leader seeks a Quality Manager to own the plant's overall quality plan and function. Reporting to the plant manager and a critical member of the leadership team, this role will manage a team of five (2-Quality Engs, 3-Quality Techs) and will be responsible for the quality system compliance and process improvement, including audits, incoming inspection, testing, and manufacturing quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
- B.S. degree, preferably in a technical/engineering discipline
- 7+ years experience in a manufacturing setting
- 2+ years managing a Quality function, including direct staff management
- Automotive experience, including IATF16949
- Six Sigma certification highly desired
