Join our team as a Manager in Quality Engineering, where you'll lead test automation and quality strategy for an exciting personalization project in the retail domain. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for automation and a knack for working with large datasets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the automation strategy for personalization workflows and oversee the entire Quality Engineering program.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for APIs, UI, and data validation.
- Ensure data integrity and validation in personalization models.
- Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and product teams to define quality standards.
- Drive performance and scalability tests for high-volume data scenarios.
- Integrate continuous testing with CI/CD pipelines.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering with a focus on test automation.
- Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium and Cypress.
- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
- Strong skills in SQL, data validation, and handling large datasets.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce domain, especially with personalization.
- Knowledge of Big Data, Spark, or cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with A/B testing and AI model validation.
- Understanding of data governance and privacy standards in retail.
